The Dallas Arboretum Food and Wine Festival takes place this year on March 21st-23rd.

On Thursday, the 21st, guests will have the option to taste and sample food and beverage from over 41 award-winning chefs and restaurants. 

Friday, the 22nd, there will be a class with chef Peter Barlow from Niteshade chef Collaborative covering modernist kitchen techniques. That evening they will be holding "The Vintners' Dinner" which will be a five-course meal from one of Dallas' top chefs. 

On Saturday, the 23rd, "The Roots Conference" will take place. The day will end with a seasonal farm-to-table dinner with cocktails.
